Pésimo hotel. Nos dieron una habitación con media cortina en la ventana y sin ninguna privacidad pues al lado unos albañiles hacían una construcción; nos cambiaron de habitación y auqnue tenía mayor privacidad, carecía de amenidades básicas como toallas y tampoco tenía cortina en el baño, por lo que se inundaba el baño al primer regaderazo; la puerta del baño tenía un vidrio casi transparente que permitía entrar la luz de patio y, peor aun, cuando se encendía la luz. Nada recomendable

El ambiente tranquilo, recomendable para traer a la familia completa, seguridad por cámaras de CCTV las 24/7, el personal atento y muy amable con servicio eficiente
Único por ser hotel que brinda aparte de alberca LIMPIA con calefacción, servicio de GYM con EXCELENTES instalaciones ⭐⭐⭐ ⭐⭐⭐⭐ y Spa 😇

Buena alternativa
El hotel es excelente, muy limpio, bien atendido. Personal atento. Recomendable para estadías cortas, pues está bastante alejado de los lugares principales. Es muy tranquilo, aunque deberían instalar ventanas aislantes, sobre todo por constantes ladridos de perros en las noches. Desayuno está bien, perono es muy variado.

Buen servicio, mejorar limpieza
En general la estancia fue buena, mantiene características de una típica cabaña, esto está muy bien.
El personal en recepción muy amable.
Solo la limpieza de la habitación no era muy buena, las camas deben tener protector, la cama del tapanco, ademàs de incómoda el área estaba muy sucia
También la ventana del baño.

Nuestra experiencia en el Hotel Marmil fue bastante mediocre la verdad. Pasaron varias cosas que nos dejaron con un sabor de boca regular respecto a este lugar:
1) El sábado a las 7:00 de la mañana nos despertó un trabajador que estaba rompiendo un piso con herremienta pesada justo debajo de nuestra habitación. El personal del hotel le dio permiso de trabajar allí sin molestarse en corroborar si había gente hospedada en las habitaciones aledañas.
2) La señorita que nos recibió al llegar fue muy amable pero olvidó mencionar que teníamos el desayuno incluido en nuestra reservación (por lo que no nos enteramos de esto hasta el segundo día de nuestra estancia de 2 noches); y que debíamos dejar la llave en recepción para que limpiaran nuestra habitación, por lo que la encontramos sin hacer el día que estuvimos allí.
La verdad creo que el precio del hotel es lo suficientemete alto como para que el servicio sea tan deficiente.
Una cosa que sí nos gustó fue que la alberca estaba templada y muy agradable. No estoy segura de que volvería a hospedarme allí, la verdad.
